Automation Developer (Power Platform)

Job Description:

Location: Jersey City, NJ

• Design, develop, and maintain applications and automations with Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Support line of business team members through Citizen Development initiatives.
• Create and maintain education and training material for citizen developers.
• Automate workflows and integrate third-party services with Power Platform connectors.
• Collaborate with business units to understand requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across applications and processes.
• Provide ongoing troubleshooting and support for Power Platform solutions.
• Deliver solutions using both Standard and Premium licensing features.
• Coordinate with team members, project management, internal and external technology partners to meet success and compliance objectives.
• Operate in accordance with Policies for the Information Security Program (PISP) and Standards for the Information Security Program (SISP).
• Stay current with industry and security updates and suggest improvements as appropriate.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Proven experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure integrations.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Familiarity with low-code/no-code environments and Citizen Development best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple rapidly changing high visibility priorities.

Salary Transparency:

 Capgemini discloses salary range information in compliance with state and local pay transparency obligations. The disclosed range represents the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting, although we may ultimately pay more or less than the disclosed range, and the range may be modified in the future. The disclosed range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, geographic location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $56186 - $87556 /yearly.
 
This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
