Capgemini is seeking an experienced Solution Architect with strong Patient Data Experience within the Commercial Pharmaceutical and Specialty Drug Manufacturer ecosystem. This role will lead solution architecture, pre-sales engagements, data strategy, and analytics transformation initiatives focused on patient services, specialty pharmacy, market access, and commercial pharmaceutical data.
The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in patient data ecosystems, specialty pharmacy data, hub services, patient support programs, healthcare data integration, and advanced analytics platforms.
Your role :
Key Responsibilities-Patient Data & Commercial Pharma Expertise
- Lead solution design and architecture for Patient Data and Commercial Analytics engagements.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to pharmaceutical manufacturers and patient services organizations.
- Design solutions leveraging:

- Specialty Pharmacy Data
- Hub Services Data
- Market Access Data
- Prescription and Claims Data
- Commercial Operations Data
- Develop data-driven strategies that improve patient journey visibility and outcomes.
Solution Architecture & Consulting
- Lead solution architecture, client workshops, and executive presentations.
- Support RFI, RFP, proposal development, and pre-sales pursuits.
- Design scalable Data & Analytics solutions across:
- Master Data Management (MDM)
- Enterprise Data Warehousing (EDW)
- Data Governance
- Data Integration
- Data Quality
- AI/ML and Advanced Analytics
- Business Intelligence Platforms
- Establish enterprise data and analytics roadmaps aligned with business goals.
Industry Data Expertise
Hands-on experience with pharmaceutical and healthcare data sources including:

- 10+ years of experience in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical Data Management, Commercial Analytics, or Consulting.

Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
- Master's Degree (MBA/MS) preferred.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is:$93,000 to $224,000.
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.
These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.
It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
