About the Job You're Considering

As a Healthcare / Life Sciences Data Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling data-driven solutions that help healthcare organizations improve customer identification, retention, and compliance. You will manage both existing and new accounts, drive business growth, achieve revenue and margin targets, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders across commercial and IT teams. This role combines consultative selling, business planning, and market analysis to deliver value to healthcare customers.

Your Role

Manage and grow assigned healthcare accounts while identifying new business opportunities. Sell healthcare data products and solutions to support customer acquisition, retention, and compliance needs. Achieve revenue, margin, and sales performance targets. Conduct professional and compliant sales presentations using effective selling methodologies. Analyze customer needs, market trends, and account opportunities to create business plans and prioritize sales activities. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in commercial, clinical, and IT functions.Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, strategic account managers, and peers to drive customer success. Execute the full sales cycle in an ethical, customer-focused, and results-oriented manner.

Your Skills and Experience

Bachelor's degree required.

5+ years of successful sales experience in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, biotechnology, healthcare services, or related healthcare industries. Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and driving business growth. Experience working with hospital systems, healthcare providers, or highly educated customer groups. Strong skills in consultative selling, solution selling, account management, and customer retention. Ability to develop new markets and identify growth opportunities. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Strong analytical, business planning, and time management abilities.Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across functions. Knowledge of healthcare industry operations, market research, compliance requirements, and customer-centric sales practices.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $88,544 - $207,401

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
