Your Role

As a Manual Test Engineer specializing in Windows applications, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of software products in the medical device industry. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive test strategies that meet regulatory requirements and client expectations.

In this role you will play a key role in:

• Developing and executing functional test plans for Windows applications in a regulated environment
• Identifying, documenting, and tracking software defects using industry-standard tools
• Collaborating with developers to ensure software quality and verify fixes
• Conducting thorough regression testing to maintain application integrity
• Implementing BDD testing methodologies to enhance test coverage and efficiency
• Managing requirements and defect tracking in a project-based team setting

Your profile

• Bachelors or Masters in Computer Engineering/ Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or related fields.

• 4-6+ years of understanding and experience in verification of full life cycle of application software for medical devices
• Experience in testing of WinForms applications on Windows 10 platform
• Proficiency with BDD testing methodologies and JIRA for project management
• Familiarity with software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum
• Understanding of medical devices regulations and standards is desirable
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
