Your role
As a DevOps Engineer with Capgemini, you will design, implement, and operate cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and automation solutions that enable development teams to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable software. You will work independently on well‑defined tasks while collaborating closely with senior DevOps and platform engineers to ensure platform stability, efficiency, and continuous improvement across Azure or AWS environments.
In this role you will:

Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Azure DevOps, AWS DevOps services, GitHub, and/or Jenkins.

Provision, configure, and operate cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services, ensuring security, reliability, and cost efficiency.

Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Ansible, creating reusable modules and consistent environments across dev, test, non‑prod, and prod.

Embed DevSecOps practices by applying security controls, governance standards, and quality gates throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, pipeline, and deployment issues, ensuring stable and reliable platform operations.

Collaborate with DevOps, Cloud, and Development teams, contributing to technical discussions, documentation, runbooks, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Your profile

2-5 years of hands‑on experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, or infrastructure automation roles.

Proven experience working with Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services and implementing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, AWS DevOps tools, GitHub, or Jenkins.

Strong practical knowledge of Infrastructure as Code and automation tools such as Terraform and Ansible.

Solid understanding of cloud fundamentals, including networking (VNET/VPC, subnets, security groups) and identity and access management (RBAC/IAM).

Experience working with Git and modern version control workflows; scripting skills (Bash, PowerShell, or Python) are a plus.

Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently, take initiative, and contribute effectively in international and multicultural environments.
