CBS Solution Engineer - Telecom

As a CBC Solution Engineer, you will be a key technical expert supporting Nokia's Broadcast Messaging Center platform for high-visibility customer projects. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, deploy, and support critical telecommunications infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.

Your role:

• Leading technical consultation sessions with Nokia and customer teams to gather deployment and integration requirements;
• Developing and maintaining comprehensive Customer Site and Network Integration Survey (CSNIS) documentation using Nokia standards;
• Creating and validating Method of Procedure (MoP) and Acceptance Test Plan (ATP) documents tailored to each deployment site;
• Performing installation and configuration of BMC platform and application software according to approved procedures;
• Acting as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all technical troubleshooting related to the BMC platform.

Your profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related engineering field;
• Minimum 5 years of experience in telecom infrastructure, ideally within core network, messaging systems, or broadcast alerting;
• Strong understanding of mobile core networks (LTE, GSM, UMTS) and OSS/SNMP protocols;
• Proven experience authoring and managing technical documentation (CSNIS, MoP, ATP);
• Expertise in network integration, IP addressing, VLANs, and DNS/NTP configuration.
