Job Description

Your role:

Support the Staffing Manager in identifying professional profiles for banking engineers, with the goal of facilitating new assignments and reducing the number of people in banking.

• Responsibilities: 
• Identify engineers whose assignments are about to end. 
• Conduct interviews and profile engineers. 
• Coordinate interviews between projects and available engineers. 
• Maintain constant contact with people in banking, considering their interests and aspirations. 
• Share interview feedback with engineers. 
• Support the Staffing Manager with administrative and operational tasks related to the area. 

Skills required:

• Advanced English (spoken and written). 
• Knowledge of office tools: Excel, PowerPoint. 
• Excellent attitude, social skills, and effective communication skills.
