Sales Ops Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Analyst to join our growing team in Bogotá. This role is key to supporting commercial performance by driving operational efficiency, ensuring timely revenue recognition, and maintaining strong communication with clients and internal stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

• Track and proactively manage commercial opportunities to accelerate pipeline progression and revenue recognition.
• Monitor accounts receivable, identify aging or stalled balances, and support resolution efforts.
• Manage the sales email inbox and serve as a main point of contact for communications with retailer and supplier clients.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure accurate follow-up, issue resolution, and operational excellence.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within Sales Operations.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree with 2–4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, Customer Success, or the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.
• A creative, analytical mindset with a strong interest in learning new technologies and supporting change initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
