Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to join our Sales Operations team. This role plays a critical part in supporting commercial effectiveness by managing sales processes, monitoring receivables, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and external clients. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and motivated by solving problems while contributing to revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify, track, and actively pursue commercial opportunities to accelerate movement through the sales pipeline and ensure timely revenue recognition.
- Monitor accounts receivable, identify aging or stagnant balances, and take appropriate actions to support resolution.
- Manage the sales inbox, acting as a primary point of contact for email communications between the company and retailer/supplier clients.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate follow-ups, issue resolution, and efficient execution of sales-related activities.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps and recommending operational enhancements.
Requirements
- Creative problem solver with a strong interest in learning new technologies and supporting change management, including the ability to understand the “why” behind issues and solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree with 2–4 years of experience in sales operations, customer success, or within the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail and a focus on execution excellence.
- Solid working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively in cross-functional teams and fast-paced environments.
