Job Description

Practicante de Gestión Humana

Objetivo del cargo
Apoyar los procesos administrativos y operativos de Gestión Humana mediante la gestión documental, actualización de información, elaboración de reportes y atención a colaboradores, contribuyendo al cumplimiento de los procesos del área y a una excelente experiencia del empleado.

Funciones principales

  • Apoyar la elaboración de reportes e indicadores del área.
  • Gestionar y actualizar documentación laboral y bases de datos de colaboradores.
  • Brindar apoyo en procesos de ingreso, retiro y seguridad social.
  • Coordinar actividades administrativas como exámenes médicos, entrega de kits de bienvenida y requerimientos del área.
  • Atender consultas de colaboradores y apoyar procesos de auditoría y control interno.

Objetivos de aprendizaje

  • Desarrollar conocimientos en procesos de Gestión Humana.
  • Fortalecer habilidades administrativas y de gestión documental.
  • Adquirir experiencia en elaboración de reportes y manejo de información.
  • Potenciar competencias de comunicación, servicio y trabajo en equipo.

Requisitos

  • Estudiante de últimos semestres de Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial, Psicología o carreras afines.
  • Manejo intermedio de Excel y herramientas Microsoft Office.
  • Inglés intermedio (B1-B2) deseable.
