Job Description
As a Portfolio Activation Specialist, you will be the key liaison between Cisco, our partners, and clients, ensuring successful activation and adoption of software licenses and solutions. You'll provide strategic guidance throughout the customer journey, from onboarding through deployment and beyond, helping clients maximize the value of their technology investments.
In this role you will play a key role in:
- Orchestrating strategic engagement sessions between account managers, technology partners, and enterprise clients to ensure successful license activation and showcase the full value proposition of acquired solutions and service portfolios
- Designing and implementing regular health check programs to monitor solution utilization, identify optimization opportunities, and develop action plans that help customers extract maximum value from their technology investments
- Providing expert guidance to Cisco clients across the US on software license activation processes, offering clear interpretations of complex licensing policies, compliance requirements, and service guidelines to ensure smooth implementation
- Serving as the primary strategic advisor between clients and Cisco's cross-functional teams to troubleshoot challenges, streamline Smart Account configurations, and facilitate seamless technology adoption throughout the customer journey
- Developing and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, tracking key performance metrics, managing implementation timelines, and establishing escalation protocols to ensure service delivery excellence and high customer satisfaction
Your profile
- 1-6 years of experience in customer success, account management, or technical support roles, preferably with experience in software licensing or SaaS environments
- Knowledge of Cisco products, licensing models, Enterprise Agreements, and Smart Licensing platforms, or demonstrated ability to quickly learn complex technical ecosystems or knowledge of technical field (Studying any system engineer, telematic engineer or related) for junior profiles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences
- Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent English (B2 level minimum) required for effective communication with US-based clients; Spanish proficiency is a plus
