About the Role

We are looking for a Mid-Level Software Engineer to join a high-impact engineering team responsible for building and evolving modern frontend platforms and shared development solutions used across multiple teams.

In this role, you will contribute to the development of scalable web applications, improve engineering practices, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and help drive the evolution of frontend architecture, tooling, and developer experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about building high-quality software, enjoys solving complex technical challenges, and thrives in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable frontend applications using React and TypeScript.
• Build reusable components, libraries, and shared solutions that can be adopted across multiple teams.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality user experiences.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.
• Improve application performance, maintainability, and scalability.
• Support CI/CD processes and contribute to automation initiatives.
• Participate in troubleshooting, monitoring, and production support activities when required.
• Contribute to frontend architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
• Work within modern development workflows, ensuring code quality and operational excellence.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering experience in frontend or full-stack development.
• Strong experience with:
  • JavaScript (ES6+)
  • TypeScript
  • React
  • Node.js
• Experience working with package managers such as npm or pnpm.
• Solid understanding of software development principles and modern web application architecture.
• Experience collaborating within Agile development teams.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a distributed and cross-functional environment.
• English proficiency sufficient for daily communication with global teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with one or more of the following:

• Datadog or similar observability and monitoring platforms.
• GitLab CI or other CI/CD platforms.
• Monorepo environments such as Turborepo, Nx, or similar.
• Large-scale application modernization or migration initiatives.
• Microfrontend architectures.
• Cypress, Playwright, Chromatic, or modern testing frameworks.
• React Native or React Native Web.
• Frontend platform engineering or shared component libraries.
• Dependency management and build optimization.
• Operational automation and developer experience improvements.
