ENGINEERING PRE-SALES LEAD

Software | Cloud | Data | AI | Architecture | Digital Engineering

Your skills and experience

  • 8+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Software Development, Solution Architecture, Technical Delivery or related technology roles.
  • Previous hands-on experience in software development, engineering or architecture, with subsequent progression into leadership responsibilities.
  • Broad understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), modern software architecture and engineering capabilities.
  • Experience understanding customer requirements and translating them into high-level technical solutions and delivery approaches.
  • Strong customer-facing and stakeholder-management experience, interacting with both technical and business audiences.
  • Experience leading or coordinating software engineering teams, architects or technical SMEs.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with professional English proficiency.

Strongly preferred

  • Experience with RFPs, RFIs, technical proposals, solution shaping or sales-support activities.
  • Experience with US/Americas customers.
  • Experience building or scaling engineering teams or capabilities.
  • Exposure to consulting, engineering services or technology services.
  • Broad exposure to areas such as cloud, application modernization, DevOps, data/AI and quality engineering.
