Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage call routing strategies within the CUCM environment.
- Configure and optimize various routing protocols to ensure efficient communication.
- Set up and maintain CUCM features, ensuring optimal functionality and user experience.
- Apply collaboration basics to enhance team communication and productivity
- Conduct troubleshooting based on various scenarios to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Design and implement Calling Search Spaces (CSS) and Partitions for effective call control.
- Configure and manage Translation and Transformation Masks to optimize call routing and number presentation. •
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members and end-users
- Stay updated with the latest CUCM developments and best practices
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience with network administration in a Linux or Windows environment
- Strong knowledge of IP networking fundamentals
- Solid understanding of CUCM basic concepts and operations
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Preferred Qualifications: • Cisco certifications (e.g., CCNA Collaboration, CCNP Collaboration)
- Experience with other Cisco collaboration products (e.g., Cisco Jabber, Webex) • Familiarity with VoIP protocols (SIP, H.323)
- Knowledge of security best practices in voice and collaboration environments
