Job Description

Workplace Services Partners are responsible to operate, maintain, improve and adapt the Capgemini workplaces premises and infrastructure for creating a safe, secure and effective working environment for the business to function. Ensure optimal occupancy of workspaces, managing space requirement, delivering high quality services within the workplaces, driving ‘Service Excellence’ supported by local, regional teams and external Global IFM partners.

Job Description - Grade Specific

Support and execute a specific set of tasks in a process handled by the Workplace services. Creation of required monthly reports: KPI adherence, Issue logs, Service improvement plans etc.
