Job Description – Senior Automation Analyst (SCA) (External)
Work Model: Hybrid – Bogotá
Schedule: Monday to Friday, office hours
Expected Start Date: April 13 (negotiation)
Onboarding: 90 days full on site
Openings: 15 first batch for april.
Responsibilities
•    Take Excel or PowerPoint reports and upload/update them in Unify.
•    Perform data checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.
•    Support basic automation tasks and guidance of of Junior Analysts.
•    Keep simple documentation of processes and changes.
•    Team capability aligned to reporting analysis, data validation, and standardized content delivery, with strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
•    Ability to work with structured data and existing reporting platforms, applying analytical rigor and collaborating effectively with client stakeholders
•    Leadership skills and ability to run tasks independently
•    Demonstrated adaptability to new tools, platforms, and evolving delivery practices
Preferred:
•    Genius Script, Python, or any other coding knowledge.
•    Prior exposure to BI, visualization, or internal reporting tools and scalable reporting models
•    Demonstrated experience working with teams
Requirements
•    Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data cleaning).
•    B2 English level.
•    Intermediate knowledge of Power BI (viewing and interpreting reports).
•    Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
•    2-4 years of experience in Data entry roles.
