Job Description

Automation Analyst (Entry Level)

We are looking for an entry-level Automation Analyst to join our team in Bogotá. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, eager to learn, and interested in working with data, reports, and basic automation processes. You will support daily operational activities by managing reports, ensuring data accuracy, and assisting senior analysts in automation initiatives, gaining hands-on experience in a collaborative and hybrid work environment.

Work Model: Hybrid – Bogotá
Schedule: Monday to Friday, office hours

Responsibilities

  • Take Excel or Power BI reports and upload/update them in Unify.
  • Perform data checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Support basic automation tasks under the guidance of Senior Analysts.
  • Keep simple documentation of processes and changes.
  • Take Excel or PPT reports and upload/update them in Unify.

Requirements

  • Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data cleaning).
  • B2 English level.
  • Basic knowledge of Power BI (viewing and interpreting reports).
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
  • 0 – 2 years of experience in Data entry roles.
