Job Description

Si eres estudiante técnico, tecnólogo o profesional y te apasiona el desarrollo de software o la ingeniería, esta práctica es para ti. Tendrás la oportunidad de aprender, crear, experimentar y aportar en equipos internacionales mientras fortaleces tus habilidades técnicas y tu dominio del inglés.

En esta práctica aprenderás a:

  • Brindar servicio y asistencia al cliente 
  • Manejo de problemas relacionados a Redes e infrastructura 
  • Aplicación de protocolos 
  • Colaborar con equipos globales de desarrollo y arquitectura.

Responsabilidades Generales del Rol:

  • Participar en proyectos globales aportando en tareas técnicas según el área seleccionada.
  • Dar soporte a los procesos de incidencia.
  • Mantener documentación técnica, reportes y actualizaciones de estado.
  • Colaborar con equipos multiculturales mediante reuniones virtuales y entregables definidos.
  • Contribuir con propuestas que impulsen la mejora continua de procesos y herramienta

Requisitos:

  • Ser estudiante activo de programa técnico, tecnólogo, o practicante universitario (sin contrato de aprendizaje previo).
  • Inglés mínimo B1+ (oral y escrito).
  • Conocimientos básicos en Networking, Redes (LAN/VLAN/Wireless/VPN).
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y trabajo colaborativo.
  • Organización, atención al detalle y motivación por aprender en un entorno tecnológico.
  • Familiaridad con herramientas de Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
  • Disponibilidad para asistir a oficina en Bogotá de lunes a viernes (C.C Nuestro Bogotá).
