Job Description

We are seeking an AI Solutions with expertise in Data Science, Generative AI, AI Agents, process assessment, workflow automation, cloud architecture, and enterprise transformation. This role combines consulting, solution architecture, AI engineering, and stakeholder management responsibilities to identify automation opportunities and deliver scalable AI-powered business solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze business processes, subprocesses, activities, and tasks to identify automation opportunities.
  • Design AI, GenAI, RAG, and Agentic AI architectures aligned to business objectives.
  • Conduct feasibility, suitability, complexity, and risk assessments for automation initiatives.
  • Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews.
  • Develop prototypes, proofs of concept, and production-ready AI solutions.
  • Define AI governance, monitoring, observability, and adoption frameworks.
  • Create executive presentations, recommendations, and implementation of road maps.
  • Support Azure-based (multi-cloud) solution deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and operationalization.

 

Required Experience

  • 4+ years of experience in Data Science, Analytics, AI, Automation, Digital Transformation, or Solution Consulting.
  • 3+ years of designing, developing, or implementing AI/ML or GenAI solutions.
  • Experience engaging with senior business stakeholders and leading discovery workshops.
  • Experience in mentoring teams.
