About the job you’re considering

Join us as a strategic Product Architect and help shape Capgemini's global Data Intelligence Platform. We're seeking a TOGAF-certified leader with expertise in Cloud, Data, AI and Product Architecture at scale to drive the adoption of cloud, analytics, automation and AI at scale while influencing senior stakeholders and enabling the next generation of intelligent services.

Your role

  • Define and drive the long-term vision, architecture, and strategy for our Data Intelligence Platform.
  • Lead the evolution of scalable, secure, and high-performing data services supporting cloud and hybrid environments.
  • Shape the adoption of AI, Generative AI, analytics, and emerging technologies across the platform.
  • Establish data governance, integration, and architecture standards that align with CIS business priorities.
  • Partner with senior leaders across Operations, Delivery, Transformation, and Shared Services to maximise platform value and adoption.
  • Influence strategic technology decisions and build alignment across global stakeholders.
  • Own the platform roadmap, investment priorities, and innovation agenda.
  • Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team of architects, engineers, and data specialists.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into compelling business outcomes for executive audiences.

You can bring your whole self to work. At Capgemini, striving for equity, diversity and inclusion is part of everyday life, and will be part of your working reality. We have built an inclusive and welcoming environment, for everyone.

Your skills and experience

  • Significant experience designing and leading enterprise-scale data platforms in complex global organisations.
  • Deep expertise in modern data architectures, cloud platforms, and technologies such as Databricks, Snowflake, Spark, Delta Lake, and AI/ML solutions.
  • Proven ability to define enterprise technology strategy and translate business objectives into architectural outcomes.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
  • Experience driving organisational change and building consensus across diverse teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Passion for innovation and a strong understanding of emerging trends in data, analytics, cloud, and AI.

Qualifications & Certifications

  • Bachelor's Degree (Computer Science, Data, Engineering or related field)
  • TOGAF Certified Enterprise Architect (preferred)
  • Azure, AWS, GCP or Databricks Professional Certification
  • Experience leading large-scale Data, Analytics & AI platforms
  • Strong stakeholder management and strategic leadership skills
