About the role you're considering

As an HR Graduate, you'll begin your career developing core Human Resources skills while gaining exposure to HR policies and processes, employee relations, performance management, people analytics, and employee development. Working alongside experienced HR professionals, you'll help support colleagues across the business, contribute to people initiatives and use data and insights to drive positive employee experiences.  

 

We're looking for curious, organised and motivated individuals who enjoy working with people, solving problems and learning new skills. Previous HR experience isn't essential; we're more interested in your potential, attitude and willingness to develop. 

 

You'll join a large and supportive community of Graduates and Apprentices across the business, giving you opportunities to learn, collaborate and build your professional network from day one. 

 

Hybrid working This role is based in either Birmingham, London, Woking or Telford you'll typically be in the office up to 3 days a week, so you'll need to be within commuting distance of your chosen location. 

 

Your Role

 

As an HR Graduate, you'll support the delivery of people initiatives and HR services that help colleagues thrive and enable the business to achieve its goals. You'll gain experience across a range of HR disciplines while building a strong understanding of how HR partners with managers and employees to create a positive and high-performing workplace. 

 

Your responsibilities may include: 

 

  • Supporting HR projects and initiatives that contribute to the wider people strategy. 
  • Assisting with the analysis and reporting of people data to identify trends, risks and opportunities. 
  • Supporting employee engagement activities and the continuous improvement of the employee experience. 
  • Assisting with talent and performance activities. 
  • Building relationships with stakeholders across the business and providing HR support where required. 
  • Contributing to workforce planning and organisational change activities. 
  • Producing clear and professional documentation, presentations and reports. 
  • Supporting the implementation and communication of HR policies, processes and initiatives. 

 

Through structured training, mentoring and hands-on experience, you'll build a strong foundation across Human Resources while gaining exposure to strategic and operational HR activities. As your confidence and capability grow, you'll take increasing ownership of your work, develop valuable stakeholder management skills and gain experience across a variety of people-focused challenges, providing a clear pathway into future HR Partnering, Talent Management, Employee Experience and People Analytics roles.

Your security clearance
