Employee Experience Pre-sales Solution Architect

As an Employee Experience Solution Architect in our Presales team, you’ll play a key role in shaping how organisations support and empower their people. This role is central to winning new business across diverse markets and sectors and offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact through thoughtful, human-centred solutions.
You’ll work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and design tailored solutions using Capgemini’s Employee Experience Portfolio—including Experience Management, Service Desk, Workplace & Collaboration, Onsite Support, and Hardware Lifecycle Management.
We’re looking for someone who combines technical expertise with strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset. You’ll be a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate complex challenges with empathy and clarity.
Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your role
- Solution Design & Development: Design and architect robust, scalable, and secure EUX solutions tailored to specific client requirements and utilising leading technologies and approaches. This includes selecting appropriate components from the portfolio and working with partners in order to create a tailored solution to maximise the End User Experience
- Presales Support: Act as the SME lead in the presales process, working closely with sales teams to qualify opportunities, develop proposals, and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations.
- Technical Expertise: Maintain deep expertise across the Employee Experience Portfolio and related technologies. Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
- Client Engagement: Engage with potential clients, understand their business challenges and technical requirements, and articulate the value proposition of the proposed solutions. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Competitive Analysis: Understand competitive pressures on price and identify cost levers to deliver the most cost-effective and competitive solutions.

Your skills and experience
- Proven experience designing and delivering modern end-user Employee Experience solutions, with a broad understanding of services such as onsite support, back-end technologies, and collaboration tools.
- Strong skills in developing high-quality proposals, including technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and cost models.
- Confidence in engaging with clients, listening actively, and translating technical concepts into clear, relatable language.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- A proactive approach to learning and sharing knowledge about market trends and technical innovations.
Your security clearance
To be successfully appointed to this role, it is a requirement to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance.
To obtain SC clearance, the successful applicant must have resided continuously within the United Kingdom for the last 5 years, along with other criteria and requirements.
Throughout the recruitment process, you will be asked questions about your security clearance eligibility such as, but not limited to, country of residence and nationality.
