YOUR ROLE

Hardware Integration & Asset Management

• Qualification and validation of hardware models (driver, firmware, BIOS, UEFI, TPM, and Secure Boot compatibility).
• Integration of new equipment: BIOS/UEFI configuration, hardware preparation, and compliance testing.
• Management of hardware refreshes related to Windows 11 incompatibilities: replacement of incompatible workstations (CPU/TPM 2.0/UEFI).
• Automation of integration steps via scripts (PowerShell, WMI).

Operating System Imaging and Deployment (SCCM/MECM)

• Creation and optimization of Windows 10/11 images (custom WIM, optimization services).
• PXE booting and distribution points.
• Deployment of workstations via task sequences (drivers, applications, policies, etc.).

YOUR PROFILE

• Master’s degree in IT or related field, between 5 and 10 years in a similar role
• Strong expertise in Windows 10/11 environments, Active Directory, and Packaging/SCCM.
• Excellent skills in PowerShell and task automation.
• Proven experience in Level 3 support and complex hardware troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of ITSM tools (JIRA, ServiceNow) and institutional environments.
• Ability to work independently, rigorously, and with a focus on quality.
• Fluent in English, French would be an asset.
