YOUR ROLE
You will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security of systems and services. You will handle complex incidents, contribute to infrastructure projects, and support the continuous improvement of our IT operations.
- Managing and maintaining Windows Server environments (2012R2/2016/2019)
- Administering Active Directory, GPOs, and user/workstation policies
- Supporting virtualization platforms (VMware ESXi, Hyper-V)
- Troubleshooting L3 incidents related to systems, storage, and networking
- Managing backups, restores, and NAS/cloud storage solutions
- Monitoring system performance and security (ESET, Splunk, Nagios)
- Writing and maintaining PowerShell scripts for automation
- Collaborating with project teams for infrastructure deployments
- Maintaining IT documentation and asset inventory
YOUR PROFILE
- University Degree in Computer Sciences
- Minimum 5 years of experience in System Administration on Windows Environment
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory and PowerShell
- Good understanding of Networking
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Entra ID is a plus
- Knowledge of Linux, SQL, SCCM/SCOM, ServiceNow, and monitoring tools is an asset
- Fluency in English is required, good command in French is an asset
- Team player, proactive and solution-oriented mindset
