YOUR ROLE

• Lead and execute all testing activities (planning, design, execution, documentation) to ensure the quality of project deliverables.
• Design and maintain functional test plans, and contribute to test automation when required.
• Identify, analyze, and document defects, ensuring rigorous follow‑up until resolution.
• Collaborate closely with business, IT, and project teams in an agile environment to ensure smooth communication and a shared understanding of requirements.
• Provide first‑line support to end‑users, ideally within a banking or financial environment.

YOUR PROFILE

• Master’s degree in IT or related field, between 5 and 10 years in software testing, quality assurance, and defect management, minimum 1 year of experience in test automation.
• Experience working in an agile environment, with strong knowledge of agile tools such as Jira.
• Experience in the financial, banking, or insurance sector, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Fluent in English, French would be an asset.
• Ability to work independently, rigorously, and with a focus on quality.
