Senior Business Analyst - Microsoft 365, SharePoint & Power Platform

You play a pivotal role in the delivery of Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online and Power Platform solutions. Acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, you are responsible for gathering, analysing and translating business requirements into functional specifications that enable the successful delivery of digital workplace and business transformation initiatives. You combines strong business analysis expertise with a solid understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem and thrives in Agile environments.

• Engage with stakeholders to understand, challenge and refine business requirements
• Facilitate workshops, interviews and discovery sessions to capture business needs and opportunities
• Analyse and document functional and non-functional requirements
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria and business process documentation
• Model and optimise business processes using BPMN and other process modelling techniques
• Support solution design activities and ensure alignment between business objectives and technical delivery
• Coordinate and oversee User Acceptance Testing
• Drive stakeholder engagement and support change management activities
• Contribute to governance frameworks, standards and best practices
• Work within Agile delivery teams, participating in sprint planning, refinement and review sessions

YOUR PROFILE

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with significant exposure to enterprise digital transformation projects
• Experience working with Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online and Power Platform solutions
• Strong analytical, documentation and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
• Ability to work effectively with both business and technical audiences
• Experience in change management and user adoption initiatives is highly desirable
• Fluency in English is required and a good command in French is an asset
