YOUR ROLE
Managing Client Relationships
- To own and manage a select group of client relationships as determined by the business;
- To develop in-depth knowledge of the client portfolio's, including their strategies and business issues;
- To identify key client stakeholders for the account teams; create power maps and a strategy for working with clients;
- To collaborate with offering leaders to bring solutions to market and identify opportunities to engage with target clients.
Go-to-Market Strategy
- To create opportunities for activation of products and services across the account, collaborating with account team members on demand generation initiatives;
- To collaborate with offering leaders to bring solutions to market and identify opportunities to engage with target customers;
- To develop and track client feedback programs and win/loss reviews to produce crucial client insights; where necessary, lends a hand during client feedback interviews and is regarded as the client's voice;
- To plan, promote and oversee the distribution thought-leadership across the account portfolio;
- To promote cross-account integrated service line planning and activity;
- To serve as a subject-matter expert on everything account and market related.
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor’s or master’s Degree in Engineering or Business field;
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in IT services sales, with similar experience within the European Institutions in Luxembourg;
- Strong knowledge of tendering processes and governance rules specific to this sector;
- Solid understanding of the local market and IT solutions (Digital, Testing, Infrastructure/Cloud, Security);
- Impactful communication, emotional intelligence, proactiveness and strategic Agility;
- Client-centricity and deal-shaping approach;
- Fluency in French and English.
