YOUR ROLE
- Define and document the organization’s DevSecOps governance, including policies, principles, roles, and security intent across the software lifecycle.
- Design and deliver practical security standards covering software development, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), container and platform security.
- Support the alignment of InfoSec, IT and business teams by ensuring consistency, scalability, and audit-readiness of DevSecOps practices.
- Lead the creation of high-quality, structured documentation (policies, standards, handover materials) delivered in editable formats.
- Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer to upskill the internal Information Security team on DevSecOps concepts and standards.
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Proven experience as a DevSecOps or security expert, with a strong background in cloud, application security, and automated delivery pipelines.
- Solid experience defining security policies and standards within regulated or large enterprise environments.
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks and best practices such as ISO 27001, NIST, OWASP, CIS, and CSA.
- Demonstrated ability to translate security governance into actionable, implementable standards for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and teaching skills, with experience delivering training, documentation, and structured knowledge transfer.
