YOUR ROLE

• Translate business needs into AI and NLP-driven use cases, aligned with organizational objectives.
• Design, train, test, and deploy NLP and Generative AI models (LLMs, text classification, NER, sentiment analysis, summarization).
• Assess data readiness and data maturity, with a strong focus on textual and unstructured data.
• Build Proofs of Concept and deliver clear, impactful demonstrations to stakeholders.
• Optimize model performance through embeddings, feature engineering, and hyperparameter tuning.
• Explore and implement Agentic AI architectures for complex, multi-step language-based workflows.

YOUR PROFILE

• Master’s degree in Data Science, AI, Computer Science or related field, with 5+ years of experience.
• Strong expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and machine learning.
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Ability to translate business challenges into scalable AI/NLP solutions.
• Familiarity with data maturity assessment, data governance, and large-scale data processing.
• Fluent in English and French, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
