YOUR ROLE
You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining IAM solutions that ensure secure and efficient access to systems, applications, and data across the organization. You will play a key role in strengthening our security posture by enforcing identity governance, access controls and compliance processes.

Design, implement and manage IAM solutions

Develop and maintain user lifecycle processes

Configure role-based access control and least privilege models

Integrate IAM systems with enterprise applications and Cloud platforms

Monitor and audit access activities to ensure compliance with security policies and regulations

Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to implement identity solutions
-
Perform identity risk assessments and recommend improvements
-
Troubleshoot IAM-related issues and provide technical support
-
Maintain documentation and contribute to best practices and standards
YOUR PROFILE
-
University degree in Computer Science, Information Security or a related field
-
Hands-on experience with IAM tools and platforms : Okta, Azure AD, SailPoint, CyberArk
-
Strong understanding of authentication protocols : SAML, OAuth, OIDC, LDAP
-
Experience with Active Directory and Cloud identity services

Knowledge of security frameworks and standards : ISO 27001, NIST
-
Strong scripting skills are a plus : PowerShell, Python
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment

Attention to detail and security mindset
- Fluency in French and good command English are required
