Business Analyst - IT Solutions

YOUR ROLE

You will contribute to business transformation and digitalization initiatives by acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams. You will help organizations optimize processes, implement innovative solutions and deliver value through technology-enabled change.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, operational teams and IT experts to gather, analyze and refine business requirements.
  • Analyze and document functional and non-functional requirements, business processes, data flows and system interactions.
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews and working sessions to understand business needs and challenge existing practices.
  • Translate business requirements into clear deliverables such as user stories, functional specifications, process maps and solution recommendations.
  • Work closely with Product Owners, Project Managers and Agile Delivery teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
  • Contribute to change management and ensure smooth adoption of new processes, tools and systems.
  • Ensure alignment between business objectives, operational constraints and technology capabilities.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and promote best practices in business analysis and project delivery.

YOUR PROFILE

  • University degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science or Engineering.
  • Experience in regulated industries such as Financial Services, Insurance or Public Services.
  • Solid understanding of business processes, systems, data flows and technology-driven solutions.
  • Ability to interact effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure complex topics.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
  • Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluency in French and a good command of English are required.
