Your Role
- Support the implementation of the sourcing strategy for the Mobility scope, including management of assigned sourcing processes, supplier negotiations and strategic account relationships.
- Closely collaborate with travel teams and internal stakeholders to drive procurement compliance and ensure alignment with global travel and procurement policies.
- Conduct make‑vs‑buy analyses, lead assigned RFPs and manage relationships with selected external partners.
- Monitor the market and industry trends, including startups, disruptors, regulations and innovations impacting the Mobility category and Capgemini Mobility program.
- Contribute to the global travel and procurement expertise by providing insights, data, benchmarking results and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or a related field, with 2+ years of experience in large corporate environments.
- Strong results orientation with excellent organizational skills and the ability to balance global strategy with local operational details.
- Proven ability to work in complex, international environments, effectively prioritizing activities and managing multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and networking skills, combined with solid problem‑solving capabilities.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, with a data‑driven and structured mindset.
