We are looking for talent for the Talent Attraction Specialist position. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding Capgemini’s ability to attract talent in the local market through a wide range of initiatives that support Talent Acquisition priorities in Brazil.

Responsibilities:

  • Bring our Employer Value Proposition to life by identifying key moments throughout the candidate journey and integrating proof points that support our employer promise. Collaborate with HR and Marketing to manage content across our online career channels, talent pool activities, and all relevant platforms to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Build an excellent candidate experience from consideration to application, aligning with the expectations of Brazilian candidates and market best practices.
  • Support local Talent Acquisition teams in presenting Capgemini, its brands, and roles in a way that is relevant to diverse target groups. Work with personas to better understand what our various audiences expect from an employer and share this knowledge to build recruitment campaigns, write compelling job descriptions, and support TA teams and hiring managers in their interview narratives, among other activities.
  • Understand and analyze the sentiments of candidates, employees, and the Brazilian market to identify gaps and strengthen our data-driven focus by measuring and reporting global and local KPIs.
  • Foster meaningful relationships with Talent Acquisition, HR, Marketing, and Communications stakeholders across countries or business units to drive shared programs.

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, and candidate experience-related topics.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to collect and interpret data to drive informed decision-making.
  • Between 5 and 8 years of professional experience leading and implementing Talent Attraction and Candidate Experience projects.
  • Experience managing complex stakeholders across different functions and aligning with a global strategy.
