Key Responsibilities:

Lead QA initiatives for one or more projects, including planning, execution, and reporting.

Develop, maintain, and execute automated and manual test scripts, leveraging tools such as Robot Framework, Selenium, Playwright, and API testing frameworks.

Mentor and guide junior QA team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

Analyze testing results, identify issues, and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.

Participate actively in Scrum ceremonies, providing insights on testing progress and quality metrics.

Identify scenarios suitable for automation, optimize testing strategies, and improve testing efficiency.

Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, and Stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.

Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring quick resolution and continuous improvement.

Stay updated on industry best practices, testing tools, and methodologies.

Technical Skills & Knowledge:

Testing Strategies: Expertise in functional, integration, unit, regression, and exploratory testing.

Automation & Scripting: Proficient in Java and Python; experience with Robot Framework, Selenium, Playwright, and API testing.

Frameworks & Tools: Experience in creating custom test frameworks; familiarity with GitHub Copilot for automation.

Methodologies: Agile/Scrum experience, ISTQB CTFL certification is a plus.

Testing Approaches: Knowledge of BDD, web testing, and performance testing.

Version Control & Management: Proficient in JIRA and GitHub.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

Strong problem-solving abilities with a creative and efficient mindset.

Ability to work independently, self-manage, and adapt quickly to changing priorities.

Team-oriented, collaborative, and proactive in seeking solutions and improvements.

Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience in software QA or related fields.

Advanced knowledge of testing tools and automation frameworks.

ISTQB CTFL certification (preferred).

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and best practices.
