Role includes management of the administration layer on which applications run. It provides the management between the business applications, underlying database and the operating systems that may be running on a number of physical or virtual systems.

Resolve critical and high priority incident, contribute to major incident calls and creation of RCA for such incident Suggest solutions which willbenefit the clients like System Improvement Plan to increase performance, provide cost benefit etc. Account Mining for additional scope Providetechnical recommendations to make client landscape more resilient and agile for their business Definine and Industrialize technical bestpractices across the Organization Manage end to end transition for new services and engagement Identify and manage strategic risks with regards todelivery
