Your role
As a Workfront Consultant with over 4 years of experience, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of Workfront customers by efficiently assessing, designing, implementing, and configuring work management solutions using the Workfront platform. You will bring a hands-on, results-driven approach with a strong focus on business process optimization and technical implementation.
In this role, you will play a key role in:
- Gathering requirements to solve specific processes or workstreams and evaluating their fit within Workfront.
- Designing and building process prototypes in agile collaboration with business stakeholders.
- Providing solutions for Workfront upgrades, configurations, and ongoing maintenance.
- Acting as the Workfront subject matter expert and primary point of contact for users.
- Managing administrative functions including user access, security roles, and licensing.
- Understanding business needs and recommending, estimating, implementing, and testing best practice solutions.
- Hosting training sessions and educating users on quarterly Workfront updates.
- Building reports in Excel using pivot tables, charts, and data insights to support business decisions.
- Leading technical discussions with customers throughout project delivery.
- Collaborating with Pre-Sales Architects, Delivery Managers, Implementation Consultants, and Project Managers.
- Providing post-deployment support for integration-related issues.

- Adobe Workfront Platform Expertise – Configuration, customization, and administration.
- Workfront Fusion Integrations – Designing and implementing automated workflows.
- Business Process Design – Mapping and optimizing workflows for operational efficiency.
- Data Analysis & Reporting – Excel proficiency including pivot tables, charts, and insights.
- Client-Facing Implementation Consulting – Leading delivery and adoption of solutions.
