Workday Time & Absence | 4 to 12 Yrs | Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru

  • We are seeking a skilled Workday Time and Absence Specialist to manage and optimize our Workday Time and Absence modules. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Workday's time tracking and absence management systems, and will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and supporting these modules to ensure accurate and efficient time and attendance tracking and absence management
  • Key Responsibilities
  • System Configuration: Configure and maintain Workday Time and Absence modules, including time tracking, absence types, accruals, and schedules.
  • Data Management: Ensure accurate data entry, integrity, and reporting related to employee time and absences.
  • Troubleshooting: Provide support and resolve issues related to Workday Time and Absence functionalities, including system errors and user queries.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Develop and generate reports to monitor time and absence data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
  • User Support & Training: Assist end-users with questions, provide training and documentation on Workday Time and Absence processes.
  • Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations regarding time tracking and absence management; recommend improvements and best practices.
  • Integration: Work with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration of Workday Time and Absence with other HR systems.
  • Project Management: Participate in or lead projects related to Workday enhancements or upgrades, ensuring timely and successful implementation.
