Your Role

  • Administer, maintain, and support Windows Server (Wintel) infrastructure across physical and virtualized environments, ensuring high availability, security, and performance.
  • Perform installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management of Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019, and 2022 platforms.
  • Manage VMware and Citrix virtual server environments, including virtual machine provisioning, configuration, monitoring, and performance optimization.
  • Troubleshoot server, connectivity, and performance-related issues, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and drive problem resolution activities.
  • Manage user accounts, access rights, server security hardening, patch deployment, compliance checks, and operating system maintenance activities.

Your Profile

  • 4-12 years of experience in Wintel Administration, Windows Server Management, and Virtualization technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows Server 2012/2016/2019/2022 administration, installation, configuration, patching, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong experience managing VMware, Citrix XenServer, and virtual server infrastructure in enterprise environments.
