We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior System Center Administrator to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and System Center Operations Manager (SCOM), with a proven track record of managing and maintaining enterprise-level IT infrastructure.

• SCCM Administration:
  • Manage and maintain SCCM infrastructure, including software distribution, patch management, and operating system deployment.
  • Perform SCCM configuration and deployment of software and patches.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot SCCM client health and performance issues.
  • Create and maintain SCCM reports and dashboards.
• SCOM Administration:
  • Configure and maintain SCOM infrastructure, including monitoring rules, alerts, and dashboards.
  • Integrate SCOM with ITSM tools like ServiceNow for incident and change management.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot SCOM performance and health issues.
  • Develop and maintain SCOM reports and dashboards.

Primary Skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with a focus on SCCM and SCOM.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell.
• Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
