Windchill Project Manager

Your Role

Project Manager with 18+ years of experience in delivering complex PLM programs, including deep exposure to PTC Windchill implementations, upgrades, integrations, and enterprise rollouts. This role combines client engagement leadership, program governance, and end‑to‑end project delivery management.

 

  • Oversee complete lifecycle of Windchill programs (Assessment → Design → Build → Test → Deploy → Support).
  • Drive project planning, scheduling, resource management, budget control, and risk mitigation.
  • Manage multi-vendor and cross‑functional teams including architects, functional consultants, developers, and QA.
  • Ensure adherence to project methodology (Agile/Hybrid/Waterfall) and compliance with customer PMO processes.
  • Track KPIs, deliverables, timelines, and quality standards with rigorous governance.

 

Your Profile

Windchill PLM Expertise

  • Provide high‑level functional guidance on Windchill modules such as:
    • PDMLink, ProjectLink
    • BOM Management
    • Change Management (ECN/ECO)
    • Configuration & Variant Management
    • Document/Content Management
    • Integrations (SAP/ERP/MBOM/CAD tools)
  • Review solution architectures, technical designs, integration strategies, and migration plans.
  • Support decision-making on Windchill upgrades, customizations, extensions, and scalability planning.
  •  Risk, Compliance & Quality Management
  • Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and roadblocks across the program landscape.
  • Implement mitigation and contingency strategies.
  • Ensure quality assurance gating, release readiness, and audit compliance.
  • Define SLAs, KPIs, and reporting structures for delivery governance.
  • Own project financials: budgeting, cost forecasting, margin protection, and invoicing.
