Job Description

This role involves the development and application of engineering practice and knowledge in the following technologies: Standards and protocols, application software and embedded software for wireless and satellite networks, fixed networks and enterprise networks; connected devices (IOT and device engineering), connected applications (5G/ edge, B2X apps); and Telco Cloud, Automation and Edge Compute platforms. This role also involves the integration of network systems and their operations, related to the above technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform testing and validation of WLAN technologies across various platforms.
• Work with wireless and satellite networks, fixed networks, and enterprise network systems.
• Conduct manual and automated testing of networking products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and test IoT, 5G/Edge, and Telco Cloud applications.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues in network integration and operations.
• Contribute to test planning, execution, and reporting.

Technical Skills Required:

• Strong understanding of WLAN standards and protocols (e.g., IEEE 802.11).
• Experience with WiFi testing tools and network analyzers.
• Familiarity with automation scripting (Python or Shell preferred).
• Knowledge of network layers (Layer 2 to Layer 7) and network security.
• Exposure to connected devices, edge computing, and cloud platforms is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
