We are building a next-generation domain leadership team to drive transformation, innovation, and growth across three core pillars:

We are seeking a visionary to join a team of domain-centered leaders in shaping the future of our WAM domain practice, someone who blends deep industry expertise with a hands-on domain with tech-forward & AI-enabled mindset across three pillars while contributing to both practice & client-engagement ecosystems to deliver measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Domain Leadership: Serve as a strategic anchor for WAM domain driven growth initiatives across solutions, GTM, and client engagements and front-end WAM client interactions for APAC.
• Client Transformation: Direct client engagements to lead domain-driven modernization programs leveraging data, AI, and emerging tech to transform client operations and experiences.
• Solution & Capability Innovation / Productization: Extend existing solutions business-ready data & AI solutions and spearhead development of new and forward-looking capabilities to differentiate I&D across WAM industry and client interactions.
• Thought Leadership: Represent Capgemini as a domain expert through published POVs, industry forums, and innovation showcases.
• Practice Growth: Collaborate across Capgemini teams to expand WAM capabilities, drive account growth, and scale transformation programs.
• Talent Development: Inspire, lead and build a high-performing dedicated team of WAM techno-functional domain consultants, technologists, and data scientists.

Primary skills

• 10+ years in financial services, with 5+ years in Wealth or Asset Management (strategy, business ops, or tech product ownership preferred).
• Proven experience in large-scale front/middle or back office transformation programs within WAM or wealth-tech organizations.
• Strong background in consulting or advisory, ideally with a global firm.
• Good to have any experience with WM-business operations, portfolio / fund administration, buy-side trade operations.
• Demonstrated success in building innovative solutions and driving product development in the WAM space.
• Deep understanding of Wealth Management industry trends, regulatory dynamics, and emerging asset classes, trade / investment lifecycle opportunities in wealth and asset management.
• Experience integrating data, Gen AI and agentic-AI into business and technology strategies with measurable business impact.
• Recognized thought leader with published work or active participation in industry bodies, platforms, or open-source communities.
• Strategic mindset with a “land and expand” approach to client engagement and growth.
