Job Description

What you will be doing at frog?

  • You are expected to represent depth in the craft of visual design: as an individual contributor, as a mentor and guide for more junior colleagues
  • You will have opportunities to lead small teams on projects and will be leading client conversations within your domain, providing articulate recommendations and helping guide client choices.
  • You should be able to translate brand principles, themes, and moods into strategic frameworks for visual expressions and create scalable design language systems for typography, colour, components, and layouts.

  • Understand and interpret requirements, identify opportunities areas
  • You will also be working closely with Product owners, UX designers and developers to ensure quality of the experience

 

What we want you to have:

  • 7+ years of professional visual design experience
  • Demonstrable senior experience working as a visual/UI designer on digital products and services with a strong portfolio demonstrating your meticulous attention to details
  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills with an ability to articulate requirements properly and clearly communicate across various stakeholders with diverse background
  • Proficiency with contemporary design and prototyping tools (including but not limited to Figma, Sketch and Adobe CC)
  • Experience of working in an Agile/Scrum environment with a focus on fast-paced delivery

 

 

Primary Skill

Good to have:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Interaction Design or a related design or artistic discipline
  • Experience working in design agency
