Unified Communication Engineer

Your Role

  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Teams Voice, SBC management, SIP call flow troubleshooting, and PowerShell automation.
  • Manage and support Microsoft Teams Phone, Direct Routing, Call Queues, Auto Attendants.
  • Configure and troubleshoot SBCs (AudioCodes/Ribbon) and SIP trunks.
  • Perform SIP log analysis, resolve one-way audio, call failures, and QoS issues.
  • Knowledge in Power Automate, Microsoft 365, Azure AD
  • Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for provisioning and reporting.
  • Knowledge in ITIL processes incident, change, problem management.



Your Profile

  • 4+ years of experience in Unified Communications/Teams Voice.
  • Strong experience in SIP/SDP/RTP, SBC routing, certificates, Teams admin.
  • Hands-on PowerShell scripting & automation experience.
  • Good understanding of Microsoft 365, Azure AD fundamentals.
