Job Description

We're looking for an experienced Mid & Senior UX Researcher to lead research initiatives across multiple product areas. The candidate will have deep expertise in user research methodologies and significant experience applying these in various domains

Job Description - Grade Specific

• - 4-9 years of experience in UX research
• - Bachelor’s degree in human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Anthropology, or related field
• - Proficiency in a variety of research methods (e.g., usability testing, interviews, surveys, field studies)
• - Experience with research tools like User Testing, Lookback, Qualtrics, etc.
• - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• - Excellent communication and presentation skills
• - Ability to work across multiple domains and quickly grasp new concepts
