UX Designer

Your Role

We are looking for an experienced UX/UI Designer (4–10 years) to design intuitive, engaging, and scalable digital experiences for customer‑facing platforms. You will work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to create seamless, omnichannel user experiences, particularly within Travel, Hospitality, and Cruise line domains.

Your Profile

• Conduct user research, journey mapping, and usability testing to design intuitive and customer‑centric experiences across web and mobile platforms.
• Apply design thinking principles to create clear information architecture, wireframes, high‑fidelity UI designs, and reusable design systems.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to translate business goals into engaging user experiences for booking platforms and customer‑facing applications.
• Hands‑on expertise with tools such as Figma, Miro, and enterprise‑scale design systems to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Experience designing AI‑driven and conversational UX, including human‑AI interactions, virtual assistant experiences, and personalized guest journeys.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication, and adaptability skills, with the ability to work in fast‑paced, agile environments and mentor junior designers when required.
