Your Role

We are seeking experienced UKG HCM/WFM professionals to support implementation, configuration, support, and enhancements for global clients. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in UKG Pro, UKG Dimensions, UKG Workforce Central (WFC), or related UKG modules.

  • Experienced UKG Consultant with hands-on expertise in UKG Pro (HCM/Payroll) or UKG Dimensions/WFC.
  • Configure modules such as HR, Time & Attendance, Scheduling, and Pay Rules.
  • Support and manage integrations with payroll, ERP, and related HR systems.

 

Your Profile

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in rule configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with global stakeholders across time zones.
  • Exposure to WIM, APIs, or country-specific compliance rules is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills are essential.
