  • Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE)
  • Cisco Unified Intelligence Center (CUIC)
  • ICM & CVR
  • Agents Desktops, Finesse, CTIOS, AppSpace, PG.
  • Advanced experience with ICM / UCCE scripting utilizing Script Editor.
  • Understand UCCE Database Schema and ability to use queries against the databases.
  • Troubleshooting UCCE, CVP, CUIC and Agent Desktops. 
  • Cisco ICM/CCMP/CVP/CUIC & troubleshooting.
  • Scripting for call flow change or Holiday request.
  • Cisco Call Manager at some instances
  • Cisco IPCC & UC Skills - CUCX, CVP, CUCM, Cisco IM & presence
  • Hands on Experience with Cisco voice Devices & Products viz. Cisco Unified Call Manager, Cisco Unified Call Manager Express, Cisco Unity, Cisco IPCC Express, Cisco Voice Gateway, Cisco IPT.
