Tools & Automation Lead

Your Role

  • Design, implement, and manage automation solutions using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles to streamline infrastructure deployment and management.
  • Architect automation frameworks covering legacy systems (server, storage, network, OS), cloud environments (IaaS and PaaS), CI/CD pipelines, container management, and operations.
  • Collaborate with Automation Project Architects, Project Managers, and Project Teams to deliver project milestones on time and within budget.
  • Continuously scan for new technology opportunities and disruptions, guiding the definition of automation roadmaps and approving product/software standards.
  • Drive the adoption of CI/CD pipeline technologies across all towers, ensuring 100% implementation and measuring the benefits of automation.

Your Profile

  • 8+ years of experience in IT automation, with deep expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Powershell scripting.
  • Strong hands-on experience with automation tools (such as Terraform, Ansible, etc.), CI/CD pipeline tools, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
  • Proven track record in designing and delivering automation solutions for both legacy and cloud-native environments.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to work in AU shift timings and provide 24*7 support as required.
