Your Role
- Oversee the end‑to‑end administration of the Tidal Enterprise Scheduler across large and complex infrastructures.
- Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain the Tidal scheduling environment to ensure optimal performance and high availability.
- Manage, monitor, and troubleshoot Tidal jobs, job groups, workflows, and schedules to ensure smooth and timely batch execution.
- Analyze job failures, resolve Priority 1 and critical incidents, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Work closely with application, infrastructure, and operations teams to understand requirements and deliver efficient scheduling solutions.
- Perform job migrations, modifications, and optimizations to enhance process automation and reduce manual effort.
- Validate, test, and certify new or migrated Tidal jobs before deployment into production environments.
- Create and maintain documentation, including SOPs, runbooks, technical procedures, and knowledge‑transfer materials.
Your Profile
- 4 to 8years of Experience in Tidal Enterprise Scheduler.
- Manage and support the Tidal Enterprise Scheduler (TIDAL / Cisco Workload Automation), ensuring smooth and reliable batch operations across multiple environments.
- Perform application upgrades, patching, and maintenance activities to keep the Tidal environment stable and up to date.
- Administer licensing, system configurations, and integrations between Tidal and various enterprise applications.
- Maintain and update multiple batch schedules, ensuring accuracy, optimization, and adherence to best practices.
