Your Role

As a Thermal Design & Electronics Cooling Engineer, you will play a key role in developing and implementing thermal strategies for cutting‑edge electronic systems. You will work across design, simulation, and testing phases to ensure optimal thermal performance, product reliability, and compliance with global standards.

In this role, you will:

• Contribute strong fundamentals in fluid flow and heat transfer to analyze and optimize thermal behavior of electronic products.
• Perform thermal simulations using commercial CFD tools, including Flotherm and Icepack, to predict system performance.
• Design thermal management solutions such as heat sinks, cooling assemblies, and complete end‑to‑end thermal mitigation strategies

   

  Your Profile

   

• Strong knowledge in fluid dynamics, heat transfer, and thermal engineering principles.

  • Hands‑on experience with electronics cooling CFD packages, particularly Flotherm and Icepack.
  • Background in thermal solution design and thermal mitigation for electronic systems.
